About Us

Better Follow-Up. More Opportunities Recovered.

DigiFocus helps businesses close the gaps between generating an enquiry and having a real sales conversation — with automated follow-up systems designed to respond faster, keep prospects engaged and re-engage opportunities that may otherwise be forgotten.

We don't help you generate more leads. We help you get more from the opportunities you've already generated.

WHO WE ARE

We Built DigiFocus to Close the Follow-Up Gap

DigiFocus is an Australian-based specialist in automated follow-up and revenue recovery systems.

We built DigiFocus after seeing the same problem repeatedly: businesses were investing significant time and money generating enquiries, but some of those opportunities were being lost after the initial interest.

New enquiries weren't always responded to quickly. Follow-up could become inconsistent when teams got busy. Prospects who didn't respond after a few attempts could go quiet.

And older leads often remained sitting in the CRM without being revisited.

The leads weren't always the problem. The follow-up gap was.

That's the gap DigiFocus is designed to help close.

We put systems around the parts of follow-up that are difficult to manage consistently — helping businesses respond faster, stay in touch with prospects, re-engage opportunities that go quiet and restart conversations with older leads.

The automation handles the repetitive follow-up in the background, while your team focuses on the conversations that need a human touch.

The system handles the follow-up. Your team handles the conversations.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

We Focus on What Happens After the Lead Is Generated

Most marketing conversations focus on generating more leads.

DigiFocus focuses on what happens after someone has already shown interest.

We don't run advertising campaigns, build funnels or provide generic marketing services.

Our focus is on the follow-up gaps that can appear between an enquiry being generated and a genuine sales conversation taking place.

That means looking at questions such as:

How quickly are new enquiries being responded to?

What happens when a prospect doesn't respond?

How consistently are opportunities followed up?

What happens when your team's normal follow-up ends?

Are older leads in your CRM ever revisited?

We then build the appropriate follow-up systems around your existing sales process — rather than asking your team to completely change the way they work.

Built Around Your Business

The messaging, timing and workflows are tailored around your business, your customers and the way your team already handles enquiries.

The objective isn't automation for the sake of automation.

It's to use automation where it makes sense, so your team can spend more time having conversations with people who are actually engaging.

You generate the opportunity. DigiFocus helps put the follow-up around it.

OUR MISSION

To Help Businesses Get More From the Opportunities They Already Generate

Businesses invest significant time, effort and money attracting potential customers.

Our mission is to help make sure more of those opportunities receive the timely and consistent follow-up they deserve.

DigiFocus uses practical automation to help businesses respond faster, stay in touch with prospects, re-engage opportunities that go quiet and reconnect with older leads that may still be interested.

We believe automation works best when it supports people — not replaces them.

That's why our systems are designed to handle the repetitive parts of follow-up while bringing engaged prospects back to your team for the conversations that matter.

Better follow-up isn't about chasing people harder. It's about creating more opportunities for the right conversations to happen.

OUR VALUES

Practical Automation. Better Follow-Up. Human Conversations

Consistency Over Chasing

Good follow-up shouldn't depend on someone remembering who to contact next. We build systems that help make follow-up more consistent without creating unnecessary pressure for prospects.

Personalisation Over Generic Automation

Automation should still feel relevant to the person receiving it. Messaging, timing and workflows are built around your business, your customers and the context of the conversation.

Support Your Team, Don't Replace It

We use automation to handle repetitive follow-up — not to replace the human conversations that build trust and move opportunities forward.

Simplicity Over Complexity

Technology should make your sales process easier, not harder. Wherever possible, we work around the systems and processes your business already uses.

Opportunities Over Vanity Metrics

We're less interested in how many automated messages are sent and more interested in whether the system is helping create genuine conversations and bringing interested prospects back to your team.

Technology handles the repetition. People build the relationships.

Won't following up on old leads feel pushy or damage our brand?

Answer: Not when it's done properly.

Our approach is designed to restart a conversation — not pressure someone into buying. Messaging is written to feel natural, relevant and consistent with your business, giving the prospect an easy opportunity to respond if they're still interested.

If they're not interested, that's respected. The goal is simply to identify the people who are open to having another conversation and bring those opportunities back to your team.

Your brand and customer experience always come first.

How quickly will we see results?

Answer: Results can vary depending on the type of follow-up, the quality of your existing leads, your offer and how quickly prospects respond.

Speed-to-Lead can begin engaging new enquiries as soon as the system is live, while 48-Hour Re-Capture and Database Reactivation are designed to create new conversations from opportunities that have gone quiet or been sitting in your CRM.

Some businesses may start seeing responses quickly, while others take longer. The focus is on building a consistent follow-up system that keeps opportunities moving — not promising results within a fixed timeframe.

Do we need to change our CRM or existing systems?

Answer: In most cases, no.

DigiFocus is designed to work alongside your existing sales process and can integrate with many commonly used CRM and lead management systems.

We first look at the systems you're already using and determine the simplest way to connect the follow-up process without unnecessarily changing how your team works.

If you don't currently use a CRM, we can also discuss options for working with your existing lead data.

Will the automated follow-up feel robotic or impersonal?

Answer: No. The goal of automation isn't to replace genuine human conversations — it's to make sure those conversations have a better chance of happening.

Your follow-up messaging is built around your business, your audience and the way you communicate.

The system handles the repetitive follow-up in the background, while interested prospects are brought back to your team when they're ready to talk.

How do I know if DigiFocus is right for my business?

Answer: DigiFocus is best suited to businesses that are already generating enquiries but know some opportunities are being lost through slow, inconsistent or incomplete follow-up.

You may have new enquiries that aren't being contacted quickly enough, prospects who go quiet after the first few attempts, or older leads sitting in your CRM that haven't been revisited.

The first step is a Revenue Recovery Assessment, where we look at your current follow-up process, identify where opportunities may be slipping through the cracks, and determine whether DigiFocus is the right fit for your business.

If we don't believe there's a worthwhile opportunity to improve your follow-up, we'll tell you.
